Youth Engagement & Education Support Officer

West Herts College Group is recruiting a Group Youth Engagement and Diversion Officer to support 16–18-year-old students across campuses, ensuring they feel safe and engaged. You will promote positive behaviour, build trust, and help vulnerable students stay on track with their education.

Based at Hemel Campus with occasional travel, you’ll work with external agencies and contribute to safeguarding efforts while delivering guidance and support to students in need.
