Lead Block Manager – Residential Blocks in London

Brandon James is seeking an experienced Block Manager to join their Hendon office. You will manage a portfolio of residential blocks across London, ensuring high standards of service for leaseholders, freeholders and contractors.

This role requires 2–3 years in block management, strong knowledge of leaseholds and contractor coordination, plus the ability to work independently. A TPI/IRPM or RICS qualification is advantageous.
