Job Description:
Butlin’s Restaurants & QSR is seeking a proactive Restaurants & QSR Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the Skegness venue. You will drive guest experience, ensure fast, safe and friendly service, and manage stock yields and product controls while leading a motivated, service-led team.
You will coach staff, monitor KPIs such as NPS and SPH, and ensure compliance with licensing, safety and brand standards across busy trading periods.
