Job Description:
Keyman Personnel is seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor to carry out residential surveys across Cardiff. You will visit occupied properties, assess their condition and energy performance, and accurately record findings in the client’s surveying system.
Training on the client’s system will be provided. Travel throughout Cardiff is expected, and the role starts in October 2026 with workload around 150 properties to survey.
