Acute Home-Care GP: Deliver Hospital-Grade Care at Home

SELDOC Ltd invites GMC-registered GPs to join the @home service delivering acute clinical care at patients’ homes across London. You will assess, treat and coordinate care to avoid hospital admissions, working within a skilled multidisciplinary team.

Roles include review of referrals, participation in virtual ward rounds, and arranging investigations or escalation when needed. Induction and shadow shift support are provided.
