Community Children’s Health Nurse – Home Visiting

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to support Lancashire Health Visiting and School Nursing in the Skelmersdale area. You will work predominantly in families’ homes, delivering the healthy child programme and collaborating with SCPHN and multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires NMC registration, a driving licence, and a passion for improving child and family health within the local community.
