Flexible Family Time Practitioner, Impactful Child & Family

Trafford Council is seeking a Family Time Practitioner to support safe, meaningful family time sessions and contribute to safeguarding, assessment and care planning. You will work with children and families, collaborate with multi‑agency partners, and help ensure positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.

The role requires experience in child and family work, a full driving licence with access to a vehicle, and an enhanced DBS check.
