Hywel Dda University Health Board in Wales is seeking a dynamic pharmacist to join the urgent and emergency care team at Withybush General Hospital, Haverfordwest. You will be embedded in the front of house admissions team within the Emergency Department, supporting medicines use from entry to discharge.
You will contribute to the EPMA rollout and work with the MDT to optimise medicines management across interfaces.
