Senior Service Designer: Shape Public Services & Systems

Transform is seeking a Senior Service Designer to lead multi-disciplinary projects across government, health, and public services. You will translate complex problems into clear, visual service concepts and drive outcomes through research, workshops and prototyping.

You’ll mentor junior designers, contribute to winning client relationships, and help shape service propositions with evidence-based insights. A growth mindset and experience with public sector design systems are desirable.
