Night Shift Lead Engineer – Maintenance & Upkeep

G’s Group is seeking a hands-on Multi-Skilled Engineer to lead the engineering function on the night shift. You will drive maintenance excellence, respond rapidly to breakdowns, and push continuous improvement across the site.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll be the senior on shift, guiding a team, applying diagnostic skills, and working on equipment alongside your engineers. The role requires strong leadership and a proactive mindset.
