Food Safety Champion & Compliance Leader

Center Parcs is seeking a proactive Food Safety & Compliance Support Manager to lead standards across village outlets. You will coach managers, drive compliance and embed a strong food safety culture while collaborating with central teams.

Responsibilities include conducting regular compliance visits, analysing audit data, and creating action plans to improve performance. A Food Safety Level 3 or willingness to achieve is required, with evenings and bank holidays part of the schedule.
