- Extensive industry contacts and network for proactive talent pipeline development
- Effective negotiation capabilities
- Ability to leverage automated workflows, AI-powered sourcing environments, and LLMs for complex boolean logic, market mapping, and productivity multiplication
- Strong organisational skills and ability to ensure clear communication and proactive candidate engagement throughout the interview lifecycle
