Retail Stock & Availability Leader

B&M Retail is seeking a Replenishment Manager for our Bridgend store at Picton Court Retail Park. The role is permanent, full-time, with early mornings, days, evenings and weekends to keep shelves stocked and ready for customers.

You will own stock flow across the store, from deliveries to the shop floor, and lead a team to ensure efficient, safe operations and high availability for shoppers.
