Job Description:
Selwood Housing in Trowbridge is seeking a Compliance Project Surveyor (Level 2 or 3) to lead fire safety, water hygiene and other non-M&E compliance programmes across our housing portfolio. You’ll manage contracts, work with contractors and internal teams to keep homes safe and compliant.
You’ll bring experience in compliance management, contract supervision and a proactive, collaborative approach, helping to drive continuous improvement and outstanding customer safety outcomes.
