Evening Transport & Logistics Planner – Route & KPI Optimizer

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Transport & Logistics Planner to join a busy organisation based in the Crawley area. The role is office-based in Crawley with Monday to Friday afternoon shifts (12/1pm–9/10pm).

Responsibilities include planning transport operations, coordinating drivers, and ensuring routes are efficient to meet KPIs and revenue targets. Strong UK geography knowledge and excellent customer service are required.
