Customer-Driven Store Supervisor

Seasalt, Trentham Gardens, is seeking a Supervisor on a 24 hour permanent contract to lead the store team. You will drive sales, coach Sales Advisors, and ensure excellent service while maintaining stock, merchandising and store standards.

You’ll partner with the Store Manager to manage operations, loss prevention and KPI achievement, and you will be a key-holder responsible for running the store when required. This role offers a supportive environment and opportunities for progression.
