Marina Office & Customer Experience Manager

Marine Resources Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Manager for a leading marina and boatyard on the River Hamble. You will support the General Manager with day-to-day administration and operation, ensuring smooth front-of-house and back-office tasks while delivering excellent service to customers and tenants.

The role is office-based, Monday to Friday with some flexibility during busy periods and occasional weekend work with notice.
