Cleaning Manager – Lead Cleaning Team (6am–12pm)

OCS is seeking a Cleaning Manager to lead our cleaning team on-site. You will oversee floors, communal areas, washrooms and related spaces, ensuring standards and budgets are met. You will manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment, while identifying training needs and recording on-site training.

You will also handle investigations and stock control for cleaning products. We value dedication, flexibility and customer service, with opportunities to develop through the OCS
