Maintenance Manager – Multi-Site Hospitality

The Ivy Collection seeks an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities across its estate of restaurants. You will lead maintenance engineers, coordinate third-party contractors, and ensure work is completed to the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will manage planned and reactive maintenance, schedules, budgets, and supplier performance, while supporting refurbishments and new openings across multiple sites.
