Senior Desktop Support Analyst – Cisco/Windows Expert

Jas Gujral in London is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for a Bank in the City. You will provide desktop support to around 130 users across Europe, with emphasis on the City of London.

The role involves hardware builds for PCs/servers, software installs and upgrades, and user training. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of proven desktop support experience, Cisco and Microsoft platform expertise, and CCNP or similar certification is advantageous.
