Leisure Centre Operations Leader

City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee WVActive leisure centres in Bilston and surrounding sites. You will support the General Manager, lead front-line teams, and ensure services run smoothly, safely and to high standards.

The role focuses on staff development, training (NPLQ, first aid), and ensuring customer experiences are excellent in a fast-paced, duty-bound environment. A fixed, full-time post based in Wolverhampton with a clear pathway for progression.
