Jama Software is seeking a Developer Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support for backend, integration, database, and configuration-related issues across Jama Software cloud and self-hosted environments.

As a trusted technical contributor, you will investigate moderately complex issues, partner with customers and Engineering, and help improve products by documenting defects and creating workarounds.
