Senior SOC Lead: 24/7 Incident Response & Mentorship

Anson McCade in London is seeking an experienced SOC Shift Lead to join our cyber security operations team in a 24/7 environment. You will lead incident response activities, mentor analysts and take ownership of shift delivery.

The role requires hands-on expertise with SIEM/EDR, incident investigations and cross-team coordination, with a substantial shift allowance and onsite work. Salary up to £84,000 plus 25% premium, depending on experience.
