Data Centre Service Desk Engineer – 12h Shifts (4on/4off)

Radius is hiring a Data Centre Service Desk Engineer in London to support customers at two sites, covering day and night shifts in a 12-hour rotation. You will manage incidents, events, and requests to industry standards, providing timely resolutions and value-added service.

The role requires strong WAN knowledge, fibre/copper interface experience, rack installation skills, and familiarity with Linux and Windows environments. CompTIA A+ certification is preferred.
