Service Desk Engineer – Onsite in Liverpool (3-month)

Confidential is seeking a Service Desk Engineer to join a busy IT team in Liverpool on a 3-month contract. You will provide 1st/2nd line support via phone, email and remote tools and manage incidents through to resolution.

Ideal candidates have Microsoft 365 administration skills, Windows desktop support, and familiarity with ServiceNow and iManage. The role is on-site five days a week in Liverpool, with a referral incentive mentioned.
