We’relooking for a Network Support Engineer to join our experienced team supporting a wide range of clients across multiple industries.

Whatyou’llbe doing

• Supporting andmaintainingclient network infrastructure, including technologies such as Cisco,Zyxeland Fortinet solutions.
• Troubleshooting network issues across a varied client base.
• Working on firewalls, network securities,switchingand connectivity solutions.
• Assistingwith network improvements and project work.
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver consistentlyhigh levelsof service.

Whatwe’relooking for

• Experience ina networksupport or similar role.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP,routingand switching.
• Experience with Cisco, FortiGate or similar technologies.
• A proactive,solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Strong communicationskills and a customer-first mindset.
• Strong willingness to learn
• Exposure to a wide variety of client environments and technologies.
