Overview

As a US-qualified Capital Markets Associate in London, you will advise on complex, cross-border ECM transactions and collaborate with DCM, Banking and M&A teams. You’ll support IPOs, placings and other equity offerings while ensuring regulatory compliance and governance. The role sits within a leading transatlantic capital markets platform, offering exposure to high-profile deals and cross-border client service. You drive impact by shaping how equity financings are executed in a global context.

Responsibilities

• Advising on ECM transactions including IPOs, placings, rights issues and other equity offerings
• Supporting complex equity financings alongside DCM, Banking and M&A teams
• Providing guidance on regulatory compliance, governance, and market practice
• Collaborating with cross-border teams to ensure excellent client service throughout transactions

Key requirements

• US qualified Capital Markets Associate with 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience
