Overview

Responsibilities
- Perform service, maintenance, and fault-finding on BMS and related control systems
- Commission new BMS systems and upgrades per client specs
- Troubleshoot HVAC, lighting, access control, and other building systems on-site and remotely
- Provide technical support to clients to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate service records and report issues to management
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, standards, and company policies
Key requirements
- Proven experience in BMS service, commissioning, or installation
- Strong knowledge of BMS platforms (Trend, Tridium, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, or similar)
- Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in commercial or industrial environments
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving license
- Relevant qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or BMS systems (e.g., City & Guilds, HNC, or equivalent)
- Must have the right to work in the UK
