Overview

You will join London’s renowned Construction team to handle high-value construction disputes. As an experienced Associate or Senior Associate, you will manage matters from mediation through arbitration and litigation for developers, owners, contractors, and consultants. The role blends a collaborative, well-supported culture with clear career progression and a strong emphasis on work/life balance. Responsibilities

• advise and represent clients in contentious construction matters across mediation, adjudication, arbitration, and court litigation
• act for a broad client base including developers, building owners, main/subcontractors, and consultants
• handle disputes related to delay, defects, and professional negligence
• contribute at all stages of the dispute lifecycle within a collaborative team
• participate in high-value, high-profile matters and support the firm’s reputation in Construction

Key requirements

• 3–6 years’ PQE in construction litigation
