Innovation Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the adoption of new legal tech and GenAI within a dynamic law firm. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of ideas, from concept to measurable impact, coordinating with knowledge management and divisional teams. You will drive cross-functional innovation, design workflows, and support adoption of GenAI solutions to transform service delivery. This position offers a chance to shape the firm’s AI strategy and work across multiple offices to deliver tangible outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of approved ideas from concept to delivery with strong stakeholder management
• Evaluate ideas, gather requirements, and ensure alignment to firm objectives and measurable success
• Collaborate with Knowledge Management and divisionally aligned roles to balance pipeline and prioritize resources
• Participate in innovation events and workshops to share best practices
• Work with Business Support to drive cross-functional innovation and process alignment
• Partner with Head of Legal AI to implement GenAI tools, including prompting templates and workflow design
• Support Legal Design and Engineering in documenting and building against best practices
• Monitor progress and report on innovation metrics ensuring accountability and outcomes
