Responsibilities

  • Strategic partnership with International CHRO and Global CHRO to align compensation philosophy with business needs
  • Lead annual merit and bonus review processes for the International business and manage senior leadership mobility tax implications
  • Build and maintain scalable job evaluation methodologies and support country-specific salary ranges
  • Conduct market intelligence to document economic drivers and develop market pricing for international roles
  • Support regional/global projects such as incentive program reviews and EU Pay Transparency Directive mandates
  • Act as a consultant to Regional HR Directors and country HR partners; mentor the International Reward Analyst; collaborate with HRBPs on offers/promotions/transfers
  • Ensure compliance with reporting and global, federal, state, and local requirements; ensure internal equity and external competitiveness

Key requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive compensation experience across multiple countries
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of base pay, bonuses, incentives, executive/non-qualified/deferred compensation, and equity administration
  • Analytical benchmarking across countries; advanced Excel; process-oriented mindset
  • Professional, articulate communicator capable of presenting to executives and building relationships
  • Proactive, flexible self-starter able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel; specialized training in global compensation is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
