• Advise on mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate finance matters
• Manage and support corporate transactions from inception to completion
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to provide a full‑service offering
• Support business development initiatives with clients and targets
• Work with high‑profile clients across various sectors

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor (SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered)
• Experience in Corporate M&A and private equity transactions
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
