Overview

In this role you will coordinate the end-to-end regulatory documentation process for WMF Global, supporting a multi-domicile fund platform. You will collaborate with the Funds Legal team, fund product, and investment teams to produce consistent, compliant documents across UCITS and other structures. You will drive efficiency as the funds expand into new markets and ensure timely, client-friendly disclosure. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a strong emphasis on governance and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end process for prospectus cycles across fund ranges and domiciles, coordinating new fund approvals and regulatory changes
  • Drive efficiency and consistency as distribution expands into new markets (e.g., Asia retail registrations for cross-border UCITS)
  • Establish and maintain high-quality fund documents and governance communications with legal, external counsel, and vendors
  • Coordinate updates to documentation (prospectuses, KIIDs/KIDs, regulatory forms) and ensure timely delivery for governance meetings
  • Manage regulator comment rounds and ensure accurate, timely responses and stakeholder communication
  • Draft client notifications and embed client-focused language and disclosure timelines in master schedules
  • Manage external vendors responsible for registration and publication of fund documentation
  • Support Fund Product team with fund development, change activity, and ad-hoc regulatory projects
  • Lead or assist with annual fee & prospectus reviews, seed capital/share class reviews, and MiFID/EU ESG Template administration
  • Provide fund expertise for client-specific queries and SME-led communication on documentation changes and shareholder communications
  • Coordinate implementation updates to impacted stakeholders and ensure cross-functional alignment

Key requirements

  • +3 years in asset management or related field
  • Experience with legal or regulatory documents and content creation
  • Direct experience in product/legal role and familiarity with fund vehicles
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex information
  • Proactive, accountable, with good judgment on escalation
  • Desire to grow into additional fund lifecycle responsibilities
  • Collaborative, cross-functional collaboration skills
