Overview
In this role you will lead the online Clothing experience at Tesco, driving a premium, fashion-led user journey at scale. You will own end-to-end product areas from discovery to checkout, and steer AI-enabled personalization and trend prediction to improve CX and growth. You will collaborate with design, brand, and content teams to deliver a visually rich, trusted fashion destination. This is a data-informed leadership role focused on measurable impact and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities
- Own Clothing product areas end-to-end with impact on CX, conversion, and growth
- Lead cross-functional teams across discovery, browsing, and shopping journeys
- Improve journeys including inspiration, product discovery, outfit building, size and fit, checkout, and returns
- Leverage AI to generate predictive insights on trends, demand signals, and customer behavior
- Apply AI-driven personalization across search, recommendations, and styling content
- Drive experimentation and optimization to test, learn, and scale effective approaches
- Partner with Design, Brand, and Content teams to deliver a premium, fashion-led experience
- Define and track success metrics from engagement to conversion and returns
Key requirements
- Strong experience in Clothing or Fashion ecommerce (essential)
- Proven experience owning a customer-facing product area
- Track record of delivering measurable product impact
- Deep understanding of fashion journeys and customer behaviour
- Strong commercial mindset
