Site Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead construction sites from inception to handover, coordinating subcontractors and site teams to deliver projects on time and to quality standards. You will work within a North-based network, supporting a mix of regional and Tier 1 schemes across residential, commercial, healthcare and more. You’ll manage risk, quality, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful handovers. This opportunity offers exposure to diverse sectors and scale, with a focus on delivering safe, well-coordinated projects in the North.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction sites from start to handover
• Manage subcontractors, programmes and site teams
• Oversee RAMS, inspections, quality, snagging and handover processes

Key requirements

• RAMS, inspections, quality, snagging and handover experience
• SMSTS
• CSCS, with Black Manager Card advantageous
• Experience across commercial, residential, healthcare, education, industrial, fit-out or refurbishment
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in the North or willing to travel
