As a US-qualified Associate in the London finance team, you will advise on US law aspects of complex cross-border financings for a global client base. You will handle high-yield bonds, liability management, and US private placements, with direct client exposure and involvement in transaction management. Responsibilities

• Advise on US law aspects of financing transactions (high-yield bonds, liability management, US private placements)
• Manage transaction processes with direct client exposure

Key requirements

• Admitted in New York
• 4–8 years’ PQE in a strong finance practice
• Solid background in acquisition and leveraged finance
• Strong drafting skills, commercial awareness, ownership of workstreams
