Responsibilities

• Advise asset managers on asset management, acquisitions, disposals, financing transactions, and complex leases
• Collaborate with occupier team to serve UK and international clients across multiple sectors
• Handle central London estate matters such as headleases, rights of light, turnover leases, and mixed-use portfolios
• Provide practical legal guidance throughout the asset lifecycle
• Work on high-profile, complex real estate matters for market-leading clients

Key requirements

• PQE 4-6 years
• 3-7+ years of real estate experience
• Experience in asset management, acquisitions, disposals, financing and complex leases
• London-based practice or willingness to work in London
