Overview
In this role you lead the design, implementation and optimisation of AI solutions within a global law firm, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will help shape the AI strategy, identify efficiency gains, and integrate AI into everyday legal tasks. You’ll train teams, provide ongoing support, and develop policies respecting regulatory and data privacy frameworks. This is a creative, relationship‑oriented role focused on delivering impactful, compliant AI in a legal context.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the firm’s AI strategy
- Identify opportunities for AI to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Integrate AI platforms into routine legal tasks
- Suggest further AI developments aligned with advancements in legal AI
- Deliver training and ongoing support for new AI solutions
- Ensure appropriate AI use in work activities
- Develop policies and process guidance per regulatory and data privacy frameworks
- Strong experience implementing AI solutions in a legal environment
- Delivering training to support adoption of AI solutions
- Knowledge of AI solutions including document automation and workflow innovation
- Solid experience in day-to-day delivery of legal services
