Overview
In this role you will join a senior Paediatric ENT group to manage complex paediatric and neonatal airways, and lead a substantial elective and outpatient ENT portfolio. You will collaborate across sites to shape an expanding paediatric ENT service within WLCH, aligning with research and education connections at Imperial College. The post offers mentoring and cross‑site support as you develop subspecialist interests to meet department needs. This is a chance to influence high‑quality, equity‑driven paediatric care in West London.
Responsibilities
- Organise and manage paediatric ENT patient pathways and bed/clinic planning
- Lead multidisciplinary management of airway disease, head and neck conditions and complex ENT disorders
- Develop and expand the paediatric ENT service and subspecialist interests
- Collaborate with other teams and Trust networks to align with service needs
- Engage in mentoring and participate in the North West London ENT network
- Contribute to governance and improvement initiatives within the Trust
- Full GMC Registration
- FRCS (ORL-HNS) or equivalent
- On GMC's specialist Register in paediatrics (CCT in Otolaryngology)
- Paediatric ENT fellowship with subspecialist training
- Experience in multidisciplinary management of children with airway disease and complex ENT conditions
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work in a multi‑disciplinary team
