Overview

In this role you will build and grow your own estate agency business within a defined territory, supported by Yopa’s central resources and local leadership. You gain autonomy over your schedule while benefiting from lead generation, marketing support, and multiple revenue streams. The position sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship and real estate, enabling you to shape your local market with a technology-led service. You’ll join a collaborative regional team and leverage a proven brand to drive listings, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• develop and grow a personal territory by valuing and listing homes
• manage the end-to-end buying/selling journey through to completion
• leverage central lead generation and book appointments for you
• utilise in-house marketing and local sponsorship programs to raise visibility
• operate with flexible hours and potentially recruit and manage your own team
• collaborate with the Territory Owner and Contact Centre team including a Personal Property Adviser
• benefit from ongoing training and development and mentorship

Key requirements

• strong estate agency experience with proven valuation and listing track record
