A leading insurance business is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join its commercial finance team.

This is a highly commercial role partnering with underwriting and senior stakeholders, providing insight, challenge and analysis to support business performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with underwriting and commercial teams.
• Provide financial and performance analysis.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning.
• Analyse profitability, income and portfolio performance.
• Provide commercial insight and challenge to senior stakeholders.
• Support strategic and business performance initiatives.

About You

• Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance experience.
• Previous experience within an underwriting insurer is essential.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Experience partnering with senior underwriting stakeholders.
• Qualified accountant or qualified by experience.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge.
