Regional Build Director – EV Charging Delivery

Believ seeks a Regional Build Director to own delivery outcomes for the local authority build programme, translating build-ready sites into installed charge points across the region. You will lead Senior Programme Managers and be accountable for delivery performance, budget and capacity.

You will manage multi‑discipline squads, drive energy infrastructure at scale, and liaise with councils, contractors and partners to ensure on-time, on-budget energisation and handover to operations.
