Securitisation Lawyer – Debt Capital Markets & Asset Management

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Securitisation Lawyer to support the Securities & Asset Management Legal team. The role covers structuring through to launch of securitisation transactions across mortgages, credit cards, auto loans and trade receivables.

You’ll work in a hybrid model with opportunities to influence ESG and capital markets initiatives while collaborating with Global Markets, Risk and Compliance teams to deliver client outcomes.
