Senior Site Manager – Residential High-Rise (Manchester)

Guildmore Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for our Midlands & North team, based in Manchester. You will manage projects from start to finish, working with clients, consultants and subcontractors to deliver safely, on programme and within budget.

You will lead a site team, uphold high safety standards, review designs for buildability and drive value through efficient delivery. SMSTS and First Aid are essential; 10+ years of residential/high-rise experience is preferred.
