Founding Customer Success Architect

BolterBolter is an AI agent platform helping operators automate their work end to end. We are building a founding customer success function and onboarding operators in batches, turning their processes into repeatable blueprints and automation.

You will drive retention, capture user feedback, and translate insights into product improvements while writing the playbooks and supporting the onboarding team. Excellent English is essential; other European languages are a plus.
