Deputy Chief Officer – Governance & Civic Leadership

CHRGS is partnering Stratford-upon-Avon to appoint a Deputy Chief Officer. This senior leadership role will provide strategic direction across services, ensure governance and statutory compliance, and support the Town Clerk.

You will guide councillors with clear advice and structured decision-making within a refreshed committee structure. You will lead civic events, represent the Council with partners, and help deliver the Council Plan while preparing for Local Government Reorganisation.
