Employment Lawyer (2+ PQE) – Diverse HR & Tribunal Work

NXTGEN in Norwich is assisting a leading regional law firm to appoint an Employment Lawyer into their well-established team. The role involves advising a broad range of businesses, senior individuals and HR stakeholders on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

You will handle day-to-day HR issues, contracts, disciplinaries, redundancies, TUPE and settlement agreements, plus discrimination and whistleblowing matters. Salary depends on experience.
