With over 6,000 employees across more than 20 countries, we’re committed to making it happen. Join us and help shape tomorrow, secure in the knowledge that you’re part of a successful company that also offers you the flexibility of agile working practices.

  • Specifying design requirements – system size, layout, product selection, structural and access constraints – and reviewing designs and yield models for buildability and compliance (BS 7671, IET PV Code of Practice)
  • Running the DNO process end-to-end (G98/G99/G100): applications, offers, witness testing, and notifications, aligned to the programme
  • Managing planning workstreams: permitted development checks, planning applications and conditions; coordinating planning and structural consultants
  • Ensuring projects meet insurer, funder, and warranty requirements, including roof-mounted PV fire safety guidance (RC62) and product due diligence
  • Supporting sales with site surveys, feasibility, budget pricing, and technical input to proposals and tenders; identifying follow-on opportunities (BESS, EV charging, O&M)
  • Owning site health & safety and quality: CDM 2015 duties, RAMS approval, site inspections, commissioning, and handover packs

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing commercial solar PV installations in the UK
  • Hands-on experience of DNO applications and UK planning requirements for commercial PV
  • Familiarity with PV design/proposal software (PV*SOL, OpenSolar, or similar) and project management tools
  • Understanding of insurance and warranty considerations affecting product choice and installation practice
  • Strong commercial and client-facing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
