Proceeds of Crime Solicitor — High-Impact Prosecutions

eNL in London seeks a Criminal Solicitor (Proceeds of Crime) with 4+ PQE to advise on complex POCA matters, asset restraint, confiscation and enforcement, working closely with police and CJ partners to review evidence and shape case strategy.

You will manage cases through the prosecution process, make charging decisions, handle disclosure and evidence, and present serious cases with opportunities for advocacy and leadership.
