Strategic Procurement Category Manager – HR & FM (Hybrid)

Matchtech is seeking a Procurement Category Manager to lead indirect procurement activity across HR and facilities management spend. The role focuses on end-to-end sourcing, tendering, contracts management and SRM, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement.

You will operate in a small high-performing team, driving savings, risk mitigation and supplier rationalisation, while applying a generalist indirect procurement background to HR and FM categories.
